Participants will learn about: the impacts of vocational improvement legislation implemented this year; the benefits of job modification, work hardening, and graduated return to work; sharing OJT opportunities; using preferred worker benefits to facilitate Return to Work; progress being made toward a new vocational performance assessment system (to replace the old CACO); communicating Return to Work benefits with employers; community resources to improve vocational plan success; and ethical issues related to Return to Work..
