WSIA is the only statewide trade association representing the interests of public and private sector employers in the fields of workplace safety, accident prevention, and workers' compensation, and the professionals who support them.

Our Leadership
WSIA's vision is set by officers, an executive committee, and a board of directors, comprised of volunteers from our employer, associate, and service company members.
Our Volunteers
WSIA's mission is carried out by volunteers who contribute their time and talent to our several issue-area committees, from law and legislation to safety and conferences to membership & marketing and regional meetings.
Our Recognitions
We love to recognize extraordinary service to others. We have two association awards that are considered each year for honoring distinguished service to the association and the self-insured community.
Our Staff
WSIA's operations are carried out by a professional staff of three with experience in law, government affairs, risk management, education, human resources, and office management.
