Thank you for considering becoming an exhibitor at our Annual Conference! This yearly event typically draws in excess of 300 participants and over 40 exhibitors, with a strong mix of public and private sector employers and organizations attending.

Here is some key information:

• Booth locations on the floor map are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to accommodate your top choices for booth location. Click here for the updated Exhibitor Map.
  
• This year, there are 44 spaces available, including six high visibility spaces in the thruway between ballrooms and 38 spaces in the exhibition hall.
• Price is $1250 for members and $1850 for non-members.
• Each exhibitor booth includes two conference registrations (a $850 value for members).
• Some sponsorship levels include an exhibitor booth.

• Registration is due by Friday, April 22nd.
