In this fifth webinar in our impairment ratings series,
attorney Shawna Fruin of Reinisch Wilson Weier PC will explore specific issues
arising in psychiatric and mental health IMEs including the assessment tools
found in the DSM-5. Shawna will discuss how Washington's Administrative Code
fits in with the adoption of the DSM-5 by the Department of Labor &
Industries.

About the presenter:
Shawna Fruin is resident in the Portland office of Reinisch Wilson Weier, but focuses her practice on Washington workers' compensation defense. A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, she is admitted to practice in both Washington and Oregon.
